Food Safety Management Training

We have specialized instructor for Safety Food Management (SFM) training. This course is of 15 hours and very important to students who are going abroad for their study and to others for their personal development. The instructor has successfully completed Food and Beverage Management from American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA), USA and has become a Certified Professional Food Manager in Maryland, USA.

Course Details

This course will facilitate the participants to achieve some helpful knowledge o safety food management. The overall objectives of the course are as follows.

  • To support of better guidelines for the professional in safety food handling
  • To be aware of food terrorism
  • To enhance the skill of food and beverage operation
  • To help students or any others, who are traveling abroad for their hospitality career
  • To promote students, employees, employers and others involved in food business

This short course will help for better grounding and achieving the goal that you have designed in your professional career and personal progress.

After the completion of this course, you should be able to understand the hazardous food, basic hygiene of food, safety food handling and common food service accidents and first aid practice.

  • Run a fine dining restaurant by own in Thamel, Kathmandu for few years
  • Diploma in Food and Beverage from Singapore, RASTC
  • Management in Food & Beverage from USA, AHLA
  • Operating a Hotel Training Center since 2006
  • Proficient with MS Office, and the Internet.
  • Fluency in Nepali, Hindi, English, & Spanish language
